1) Marketing Specialist - Traffic and Affiliate Manager
The Traffic and Affiliate Marketing Manager’s role is to increase our clients’ website lead traffic through proper advertisement placements and employing the latest media buying strategies. The outcome of this position should allow our clients to increase their customer traffic at least 25% in 1 year working with them. Simultanously, this role involves in managing our clients’ affiliate program by recruiting, retaining, and managing the affiliate program participants and allow our clients’ revenue grow by 20% year over year through proper affiliate program management. No college degree necesary but must pass a vigorous screening to test the candidates’ prior knowledge of media buying.
The marketing traffic manager must be willing to take risks, test different strategies often, and try new things to acquire more traffic, leads, and opportunities.
- Starting Pay – $72,000+ a year

2) Executive Assistant
The Kwak Brothers are seeking a part time or a full time executive assistant to help manage the day-to-day office operations from handling all inbound phone calls, emails, administrative organization, planning internal company events, arranging travel, and more.
The outcome of this role should be to increase the productivity hours of the Kwak Brothers and decrease their work load by saving them at least 2-3 hours a day of detail-oriented tasks.
This position needs to protect the time, energy, and focus of the Kwak Brothers. This person can anticipate the needs of the Kwak Brothers and the office. Attentive to details but can create their own solutions without too much directions.
- Starting Pay – $40,320+ a year
- Full Tme or Part Time Position
- Requirement – 10 Mile Radius Commute from St. Charles, IL
